What is the home services process? 

When a client and their family want to work with us, we plan a time to meet.   We develop a service plan, which tells our staff what needs to be done while with the client.   We introduce a potential home service worker to the client and family.   We also have basic paperwork that must be completed, to be in compliance with the Illinois Department of Public Health.
